Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that against the judgment and decree dated 06.03.2021 the appellant Bank had filed a Civil Appeal No.51 of 2021, "Punjab National Bank vs. M/S Uttarakhand Electrodes Private Limited and Others" before the District Judge Dehradun which has now been transferred to this Court for hearing. He prays to issue a direction to the Registry to allot new number to the said appeal and to connect the same with the present one.

4. Registry is directed to allot new number to Civil Appeal No.51 of 2021, "Punjab National Bank vs. M/S Uttarakhand Electrodes Private Limited and Others" and connect with the present appeal.
