3. This is an appeal against conviction under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C. By impugned judgment dated 05.10.2023 passed by learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar (Rudrapur) in Session Trial No. 12/2018, appellant has been convicted for offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, and sentenced to life, with fine of Rs. 10,000/-.
