Present criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionists against the judgment/order dated 31.03.2023 passed by Additional Session Judge, Laksar, District Haridwar in Appeal No.32 of 2014 as well as the judgment/order dated 28.02.2014 passed by Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Laksar, Haridwar in criminal complaint case no.01 of 2012, whereby the revisionists have been convicted under Section 323 IPC and sentenced accordingly.

Admit the revision.
Summon the LCR.
Also heard on the Bail Application IA No.1/2023.
Learned counsel for the revisionists would submit that the revisionists were on bail during the pendency of trial as well as during the pendency of appeal and they have never misused the liberty of bail granted to them.
Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the revisionists, bail application is allowed.
Let the revisionists be released on bail, during the pendency of present criminal revision, on furnishing bail bond with two sureties, by each one of them, in the amount of ₹ 20,000/- and personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
