CRMA No.934 of 2020 (Delay Condonation Appl.)
In
CRLA No.209 of 2020
Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
Mr. Ashutosh Posti, learned counsel for the appellant.
Mr. V.K. Gemini, learned Deputy Advocate General along with Ms. Meena Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State.
The appeal has been preferred with the delay of 60 days.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Government Advocate.
Being satisfied with the reasons of delay coupled with the fact that the same is not seriously opposed, the delay would stand condoned.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant on admission.
Admit the appeal Since the records have already been summoned in the other connected appeals, accordingly, the LCR is not required to be summoned.
No orders are required to be passed on the bail application because the appellant has already served the sentence of three years, as imposed upon him by the judgment of conviction dated 20.11.2019.
List along with other connected appeals.
