None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is

2. Mr. Virk states that the petitioners have been
provided protection in terms of the order dated 21.10.2022,
passed by this Court.
3. We dispose of this writ petition in terms of the said
order. The State shall continue to assess the threat perceived
by the petitioners from the private respondents, and take
adequate steps, as are considered necessary, for providing
protection to the petitioners from the private respondents.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
