On 13.06.2022, coordinate Bench requested the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldwani, Nainital to decide Original Suit No. 95 of 2019, "Smt. Deepa Kandpal and Another vs. Prakash Chandra Pant and Others" as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of the production of the certified copy of the judgment.

An Application, from Senior Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, District Nainital (MCC No. 5 of 2023) has been received.

Learned Senior Civil Judge has requested some more time for disposal of the said Suit.

Heard Mr. Sanpreet Singh Ajmani, learned counsel for the respondents.

None is present on behalf of the appellants.

In the interest of justice, further three months time, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, has been granted to the Court concerned to decide the said Original Suit in accordance with law.
