All the offences, for which the summoning order has been issued, though are falling within the parameters of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, as rendered in the matters of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, as reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51, but since it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicants, that the FIR is as a consequence of some misunderstanding on account of the matrimonial dispute, whereby the present applicants have been summoned to be tried for the offences under Sections 323, 504, 498-A of IPC & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, an effort for mediation could be done.
Exclusively on the said statement, that there is a possibility of settlement, the parties to the proceedings are directed to appear in person before this Court on 27.04.2023, in order to make an effort for mediation.
Let administrative notices be issued to respondent No. 2.
Only till then, the summoning order, as issued against the present applicants, will not be given effect to.
