JUDGMENT
Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral)
The petitioner seeks directions that the police
may be directed to lodge First Information Report of the
petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the record.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she was
repeatedly raped by some persons. She gave a report to police,
but it was not lodged.
4. The petitioner is free to approach the court of
Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973. Petitions seeking such relief may not be
entertained.
5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that
there is no reason to make any interference. Accordingly, the
petition deserves to be dismissed, at the stage of admission
itself.
6. The petition is dismissed in limine.
