3. Heard on Correction Application (IA 2 of 2023)

4. Counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant/accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide judgment and order dated 19.05.2023. He would further submit that due to typographical mistake the name of the father of the accused/applicant has wrongly been mentioned in the bail application as Abrar Hussain. However, name of the father of the applicant mentioned in the rejection order of the trial court and in the F.I.R. is Ashik Hussain. Thus, he prayed that in the memo of bail application and in the judgment and order dated 19.05.2023, the name of the father of the applicant/accused be corrected as "Ashik Hussain" in place of "Abrar Hussain".

5. Mr. V.S. Rathore, A.G.A. for the State does not oppose the said request.

6. The Correction Application is, accordingly, allowed.

7. Let the name of the father of the applicant/accused be corrected as "Ashik Hussain" in place of "Abrar Hussain" in the bail order dated 19.05.2023 as well as in the cause title of the bail application.

8. The correction may be carried out by the office.

9. Registry to issue fresh certified copy of the order dated 19.05.2023 to the learned counsel for the parties within 24 hours, on payment of usual charges.
