Proposed Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 08.12.2017, passed by learned IIIrd Additional District Judge, Dehradun in L.A. Case No. 28 of 2004, by which, claim of the respondents -claimants has been accepted and the order dated 17.01.2022, passed in Review Application No. 347 of 2018.

2. Proposed Appeal has been filed along with an Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 to condone the delay of 271 days' in preferring the Appeal.

3. Heard Mr. V.K. Kaparuwan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
