2. This jail appeal against conviction has been filed by appellant through Superintendent, Sub-Jail Haldwani, District Nainital.

3. By the impugned judgment, appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with 34 of IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,000/-.

4. As per office report, the appeal is within time.
