2. This jail appeal against conviction has been filed by appellant through Superintendent, Central Jail Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar.

3. By the impugned judgment, appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323 of IPC and mainly sentenced to undergo rigorous life imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,000/- under Section 302 IPC.

4. As per office report, the appeal is within time.
