2. This jail appeal against conviction has been filed by appellant through Superintendent, District Jail, Almora.

3. By the impugned judgment, appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 376(2)(i)(3) of IPC and mainly sentenced to undergo 20 years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs.25,000/-, under Section 376(2)(i)(3) IPC.

4. As per office report, the appeal is within time.

7. Let Lower Court Record be summoned.

8. List on 03.10.2023.

9. Once LCR be received, Registry is directed to prepare paper book and to supply the same to learned State Counsel, as per Rules, within three weeks.
