2. This jail appeal against conviction has been filed by appellant through Superintendent, Sub-Jail Haldwani, District Nainital.

3. By the impugned judgment, appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 302 of IPC and mainly sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.1,00,000/- under Section 302 r/w 149 IPC.

4. As per office report, the appeal is within time.
