I do not see any justification in the conduct of the petitioner / judgment debtor not placing on record the order dated 6th August, 2022, as passed in Execution Case No. 1 of 2019. Rather the challenge, which has been given by the present petitioner is to the order dated 11th July, 2023, as passed on an Application, Paper No.50-Ga.

Before appreciating the impact of the order dated 11th July, 2023, it becomes necessary to go into the order passed by the Executing Court in Execution Case No.1 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would place the said order on record and would also supply the copy of the Writ Petition to the counsel for the respondent.

Put up this Writ Petition on 26th July, 2023, as fresh.
