2. In our view, the petition has been filed bereft of the
relevant facts.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to
withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with
liberty, as prayed for.
5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
