             After    some     arguments,        Mr.     Rawat,      on

instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with

liberty to raise all the pleas of the appellant before the

learned Single Judge.


2)           The special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
