Proposed Revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 29.04.2023, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.295 of 2019, by which, learned Judge has allowed the application of respondent no.2-applicant, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and directed the revisionist to pay Rs.6,000/- per month for her maintenance.

2. Heard Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat, learned counsel for proposed revisionist and Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned A.G.A. assisted by Mrs. Shewali Joshi, learned Brief Holder for State.

3. Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat, Advocate, has submitted that revisionist does not want to press his interim relief application at this stage.

4. Issue notice to respondent no.2.

5. Steps to be taken within four days.
