2023 Hon'ble Alok Kumar Verma, J.
An FIR (No.120 of 2007) was registered. Charge-sheet was filed. Cognizance was taken on such report. Revisionist had filed a Complaint Case (No.1075 of 2009) in respect of the same offence. Both the cases were tried together in view of sub- section (2) of Section 210 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. Learned Trial Court had acquitted the respondent nos.2 to 6 of the charge under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. An Appeal against the said judgment was filed. The said Appeal has been dismissed vide judgment dated 06.06.2023, passed by learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar, District Haridwar.
3. Heard Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the proposed revisionist/ victim and Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, learned AGA for the State.
4. Issue notice to the respondent nos.2 to 6 before Admission. Steps to be taken within a week.
