The instant C482 Application has been preferred by the present applicants, who have been summoned by an order dated 15.03.2019, by the Court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Haridwar, in Criminal Case No. 567 of 2019, State Vs. Sunil Sharma and others under Section 384 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits, that the C-482 Application may be disposed of in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court as reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51, Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another.

Considering the aforesaid request, the C-482 Application is being disposed of with the liberty left open for the applicants to surrender before the Court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Haridwar, and seek their bail in accordance with the guidelines as framed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Satender Kumar (Supra) in relation to 'A' category of offences.

Subject to the aforesaid, the C-482 Application, would stand disposed of.
