In view of the fact that impugned order has been passed after 19.02.2016 i.e. after passing of interim order by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which was merged with its final order and the Grievance Redressal Cell has reviewed its own order.

As per the judgment, passed by the Coordinate Bench in WPMS No. 2924 of 2019 and analogous matter, the Grievance Redressal Cell has no jurisdiction of review its own order. Hence, rule nisi.

Issue notice to respondent no. 4. Postal requisites for issuance of notice be filed within seven days, returnable by six weeks.

List on 26.05.2023 along with WPMS No. 3124 of 2022.

In the interregnum, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 09.05.2018 shall remain stayed.
