We have heard Mr. Mullick, learned counsel for
the appellant.
MCC No. 578/2019 (REVIEW APPLICATION).
2. The present review application has been
preferred to seek review of the judgment dated
24.05.2019, rendered by the Division Bench in the
present Special Appeal, whereby the Special Appeal was
dismissed with exemplary costs of Rs. 2.5 lacs, which was
directed to be paid to Dena Bank.
3. The review application is premised on
documents which do not form part of the special appeal or
even the writ proceedings.
4. Learned counsel for the review applicant has
not pointed out from the impugned judgment dated
24.05.2019, any error apparent on the face of the record
which persuades us to review the said judgment.
5. The review application is devoid of merit and
the same is accordingly dismissed.
