Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for
respondent Nos. 3 & 4, on instructions, states that the
respondents have taken a decision to recall the tender-in-
question, and to issue a fresh NIT.
2. The said statement is taken on record, and the
respondents shall remain bound by the same.
3. In the light of the aforesaid statement, this
petition has become infructuous. The same is dismissed as
infructuous.
4. Consequently, pending applications, if any, also
stand dismissed.
