Roles and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
  • Provide legal guidance on corporate, labor, and IP matters
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes
  • Develop and implement compliance policies

Eligibility Criteria

  • LLB (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of contract and corporate law
  • Experience in FinTech, Start-ups, or IT industry is a plus, along with CS certification
  • 3 to 6 years of experience
