The Correction Application has been preferred by the petitioner seeking correction in the judgment dated 13.02.2023, particularly, that as contained in paragraph no.11 of the said judgement.

The correction, which has been sought by the applicant-petitioner, is that, in paragraph no.11 of the judgment dated 13.02.2023, the date of "30.07.2015", which has been mentioned therein, it has to be corrected as "28.07.2015".

The said correction application, would stand allowed.

The correction is permitted to be carried out by the Bench Secretary of the court during the course of the day.
