The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
The petitioner has preferred the present petition to
assail the suspension order dated 30.01.2023, making
allegations against him with regard to non-disbursal of funds
in relation to the budget for the year 2020.
In our view, the present petition is highly
premature. No charge sheet has been issued to the
petitioner till date, as stated by the counsel for the
petitioner. In case, the respondents do not initiate
disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within the
2
next four weeks, it shall be open to the petitioner to
approach the Court again.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.
