Mr. Vipul Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr. Pradeep Joshi, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondents.
REVIEW APPLICATION (MCC No. 02 OF 2022) We have heard learned counsel for the review applicant/ respondents.
The respondents are seeking review of the judgment dated 27.09.2021 passed by the Division Bench in a batch of six Writ Petitions. The only reason cited by the respondents for seeking review is the financial constraint faced by the State in making payment of the salary and allowances to the petitioners.
In our view, that is no ground, in case the petitioners are entitled to salary and allowances as held by the Division Bench in the impugned judgment. The impugned judgment is founded upon the earlier decisions of this Court. We have perused the same, and we find no reason to review the judgment dated 27.09.2021.
The review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
