The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
The appellant has preferred the present special
appeal to assail the order dated 12.05.2022, passed by the
learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No.794 of 2022.
2. The learned Single Judge dismissed the said writ
petition on the ground of delay and laches. The appellant had
filed the writ petition to challenge the communications dated
25.05.2007 and 26.11.2009, issued to him by the B.S.F.
Headquarters. By the said orders, the petitioner was denied
appointment by the B.S.F.
3. There is absolutely no explanation for the immense
delay in filing the writ petition, which was filed in the year
2022.
4. We do not find any reason to interfere with the
impugned order.
5. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
6. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
