2. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General with Mr. Rakesh Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. The appellant is convicted by learned IIIrd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC in Sessions Trial No.1 of 2017, whereby the appellant was convicted under Section 302 r/w 34 of IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with a fine of `1,00,000/- in lieu of fine three months additional imprisonment, under Section 201 of IPC and sentenced to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of `20,000/- in lieu of fine one month additional simple imprisonment. All sentences were directed to run concurrently.
4. Feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment dated 11.08.2023, the appellant has approached this Court under Section 374 (2) of Cr.P.C.
5. As per the office report, the appeal is within time.
6. Admit.
7. List this case on 08.11.2023 along with CRLA No. 550 of 2023.
8. Objection to the bail application be filed in the meantime.
