2. This is an Appeal against conviction filed under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C. The appellant has challenged the judgment & order dated 20.06.2023 passed by learned Special Sessions Judge (POCSO), District
of 2021, whereby appellant has been convicted under Section 363, 366-A, 376(2)(i)(3) I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(xii) of Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and was awarded maximum punishment of 20 years rigorous imprisonment with fine of ` 25,000/-. The fine was also awarded under the other sections, in which appellant was convicted. The appellant has sought his release on bail.
3. As per office report, there is delay of 3 days in filing this Appeal.
4. Learned State Counsel fairly submits that he do not oppose the prayer for condonation of delay and submits that the delay may be condoned.
5. Accordingly, the delay condonation application is allowed and the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned.
6. Admit.
