An Application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was filed by the respondent. The said Application was allowed. Against the said judgment dated 12.03.2020, both the parties had filed Criminal Appeals. A Criminal Appeal No. 63 of 2021, filed by the respondent, has been modified vide judgment dated 20.06.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar.

2. Aggrieved by the said modification order, present Revision has been filed.

3. Heard Mr. C.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionists.
