JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)


             The petitioner has preferred the present writ

petition to assail his termination vide order dated

31.05.2023,        from      the   post    of    Assistant       Engineer

(Mechanical).

2)        The petitioner was a public servant, and the

relief sought in this petition can be considered by the

Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal.


3)        We, accordingly, dismiss this petition with

liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal.


4)        Interim relief application (IA No. 01 of 2023)

also stands disposed of.
