2. Heard Mr. Shiv Pandey, learned counsel through video conferencing with Mr. Kailash Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Mr. Shiv Pandey, Advocate, has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the proposed Revision with liberty to file a Commercial Tax Revision.

4. Proposed Civil Revision (No.85 of 2023) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file a Commercial Tax Revision as prayed, but in accordance with law.
