Proposed Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the judgment dated 29.11.2022, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in Criminal Case No.387 of 2021, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by which, learned Judge has directed the revisionist-opposite party to pay Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondents-applicants (wife), (minor daughter) and (minor son) for their maintenance from the date of the Application.
2. Heard Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for revisionist and Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for respondent.
3. Gajendra Singh Ramalvan, revisionist, is present in-person.
4. Smt. Vijaylaxmi is present through video conferencing.
5. Mr. Gajendra Singh Ramalvan, revisionist, has sought two weeks' time to deposit/pay Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh).
6. List on 19.08.2023.
7. Subject to deposit/pay of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to the respondent no.1 within two weeks' from today recovery of outstanding arrears is stayed till the next date of listing.
8. At the request of both the parties, revisionist and respondent no.1 are directed to appear in-person before the Court on the date fixed.
