JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)
Learned counsel for the private respondents
submits that the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner
and respondent no.5 has been settled and the parties have
already filed a Suit under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage
Act to seek divorce by mutual consent. He further submits
that part payment under the settlement has been made to
the petitioner.
2. In light of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition.
It goes without saying that the private respondents shall not
cause any harm, or issue any threat to the petitioner.
3. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
