JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)

Delay Condonation Application (IA No.01 of 2023)

Learned counsels for the respondents fairly do not

oppose the delay in preferring the present special appeal.

2. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in

support of the delay condonation application, the delay

condonation application is allowed, and the delay of 236 days

in preferring the special appeal is, hereby, condoned.

3. Issue notice. Learned counsels appear and accept

notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. The appellant has challenged the judgment dated

20.04.2022, rendered by the learned Single Judge in the

appellant's writ petition being Writ Petition (S/S) No.1936 of

2019, which has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge.

5. We had occasion to deal with another special

appeal raising same issues, and arising from the same

selection process for the same post of Computer

Programmer-cum-Operator.

6. We dispose of this appeal in terms of the judgment

rendered by us in Special Appeal No.158 of 2023 and other

connected appeals, on 19.04.2023.

7. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
