Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

The appellant is present. However, the respondent is not present. Counsel states that she is suffering from cold and cough.

Counsel for the respondent does not oppose the application seeking condonation of delay, which is about 57 days.

We may notice that the delay has wrongly been mentioned in the application as 1534 days, which is not possible considering the fact that the impugned judgment is dated 12.04.2022, and the appeal was preferred on or about 19.07.2022.

Accordingly, the application seeking condonation of delay (IA No. 01 of 2022) is allowed.

List the appeal on 28.06.2023. On the next date, the parties shall remain present in Court.
