Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called-out.
2. The reliefs sought in the writ petition are the following:-
"I. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.10.2015 passed by respondent no. 2 (contained as Annexure no. 1 to this petition).
II. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to not to interfere in the peaceful and smooth functioning of the petitioner as Forest Ranger, Dharchula Forest Range falling under the administrative control of the Dy. Director Askot Wild Life Sanctuary Pithoragarh."
3. The operation of the impugned order dated
03.10.2015, whereby the petitioner was suspended, was
stayed on the very first date of hearing i.e. 16.10.2015.
4. The petitioner was 54 years' old when he
preferred the present petition in the year 2015. Therefore,
he would have superannuated by now.
5. This petition, therefore, appears to have
become infructuous. It is disposed of as such.
