CORRECTION APPLICATION (MCC No. 04 of 2022)

This application has been moved by the petitioner

to seek correction of the typographical errors, with

regard to dates mentioned in the judgment dated

22.08.2022.

It is submitted that the date, which has been

mentioned as "19.02.2019", should be read as

"19.02.2020" in paragraph nos. 19, 22, 27, 32, 33 and

34; and in paragraph no. 35, the date should be

corrected from "21.02.2019" to "22.02.2020", and the

date "01.04.2019" should be corrected to read as

"01.04.2020".

Mr. Shobhit Saharia, the learned counsel, who

appears for the respondent no. 1, fairly does not

oppose this application.

Since the corrections are being sought on the

basis of the record, accordingly, the application for

correction is allowed.

The aforesaid corrections be carried out in the

judgment at all relevant places.
