Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)

The reliefs sought in the present writ petition

are the following:-

"a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Impugned Order No. 236/XXIV-

A/1/2021/18/2018T.C. dated 10-2-2021 (annexed as Annexure-6 herewith) issued by the Respondent No. 1, in the interest of justice to Petitioner.

b) Issue an appropriate order, Writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to declare the Petitioner as eligible for appointment at the Post of Teacher (Primary) as per provisions of Uttarakhand Government Order No. 103/XXIV- A/1/2021/18/2018T.C. dated 15-1-2021 (annexed as Annexure-5 herewith) issued by the Respondent No. 1 and hence an appropriate directions in the nature of Mandamus to consider the application of Petitioner for appointment at primary schools at District Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal and Pauri Garhwal, to meet ends of justice to the Petitioner."

2. The issues raised in the present petition are

covered by the judgment dated 14.09.2022, rendered in a

batch of writ petitions, including Writ Petition (S/S) No.

350 of 2021 Nandan Singh and others vs. State of

Uttarakhand and another.

3. In the light of the said judgment, we allow the

present writ petition in terms thereof.
