Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the
following

JUDGMENT:

None appears for the applicant when the matter is

called out.

2. The matter was taken-up on 22.07.2022 when, on

certain aspects, the counsel for the applicant was asked to

advance submissions. The matter was adjourned to

29.07.2022, when the counsel for the applicant sought an

adjournment. On the next date, i.e. on 26.08.2022, none

appeared for the applicant. The matter was adjourned to

23.09.2022. On 23.09.2022, once again adjournment was

sought on behalf of the counsel for the applicant, and it was

adjourned for today.

3. It appears that the applicant is not interested in

pursuing the Application. The same is, accordingly,

dismissed in default.
