The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Vipin Sanghi)



             In terms of the last order, Aasama Bee, mother

of petitioner No. 1, W/o Mohd. Haneef, R/o Ward No. 9,

Boring Gali, Kichha, District Udham Sigh Nagar, is present

before the Court. She has produced a copy of her Aadhaar

Card in proof of her identity, which is taken on record.

She states that petitioner No. 1 shall remain with her in

her custody till the time she attains the age of majority,

i.e., 18 years.
                              2




2)        Subject    to    the   aforesaid   condition   being

satisfied, we dispose of this petition with the direction to

respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to grant protection to the

petitioners from any threat, or harm, that they may

perceive from respondent Nos. 3 to 10. The S.H.O., P.S.

Kiccha, District Udham Singh Nagar, shall assess the

threat perceived by them from respondent Nos. 3 to 10,

and take adequate measures for their safety and security.

Respondent No. 2 shall counsel respondent Nos. 3 to 10

not to take the law into their own hands.


3)        The writ petition stands disposed of in the

aforesaid terms.


4)        Interim Relief Application (IA No. 01 of 2022)

also stands disposed of.


5)        Urgent copy of this order be supplied to the

learned counsel for the parties, during the course of the

day, as per Rules.
