Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner has challenged an order dated 21.09.2022 passed by Additional Commissioner, Garhwal Region in proceedings under Rule 285-I of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules, 1952.

Since petitioner has a remedy of filing Revision under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy, with liberty to petitioner to approach the Revisional Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will file Revision before Board of Revenue, within ten days.

In such view of the matter, it is provided that, for a period of ten days from today, no third party interest shall be created qua the land in question.

Certified copies of the judgments shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner by replacing the same with photocopies thereof, to be supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Let a certified copy of this order be issued, within 24 hours.
