This writ petition was disposed of by the judgment dated 16.09.2022, whereby the direction was issued to the respondent nos.2 and 4, to decide the matter in accordance with the earlier judgment referred to in the order dated 16.09.2022.

Today the matter is listed on the correction application, wherein, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the authority which would be competent to decide the issue would be rather respondent no.5.

Hence the order dated 16.09.2022, a direction given to the respondent nos.2 and 4, to decide the matter, would stand modified to the extent, that the issue is directed to be decided by respondent no.5.

Accordingly, the correction application would stands disposed of.

This order will constitutes as to be a part of the order dated 16.09.2022.
