List this case on 14.11.2022 along with Special Appeal No.241 of 2022.

In the interregnum, till the next date of listing, there shall be a stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 14.06.2022, passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition, in question.

However, it is observed that the aforesaid order shall not authorize the appellants to withhold the undisputed/ admitted dues including the gratuity, which is not disputed.
