This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant-Kulveer against the judgment dated 10.01.2022/13.01.2022, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.S.C., Haridwar in Special Sessions Trial No.127 of 2019, "State vs. Kulveer", whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years along with a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 363 of IPC; he has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months for the offence under Section 342 of IPC; he has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs.25,000/- for the offence under Section 376(2)(n) of IPC, and, he has been further convicted for the offence under Section 5(l)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years along with a fine of Rs.25,000/-. In default of payment of fine, the appellant has been directed to undergo further additional imprisonment. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.
