Shri Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, ACJ.
Shri Ramesh Chandra Khulbe, J.
Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner.
Mr. J. S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.
Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bisht, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.
This is an application seeking modification/correction of the judgment and order passed by us on 04.04.2022 in WPSB No.168 of 2022.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, following some previous order, judgment dated 04.04.2022 has been passed by us. However, inadvertently, the main prayer for releasing the arrears of the Seventh Pay Commission has been left out.
In that view of the matter, we allow the correction/modification application and modify the judgment and order dated 04.04.2022 by directing the respondent no.1 to release the petitioner's arrears of Seventh Pay Commission within a period of two months, which the petitioner is otherwise entitled to.
This order may be treated as a part of the order/judgment originally passed by us.
