This writ petition was decided by this Court by an order of 13.01.2022, a decision taken thereof was on the basis of the judgment of the Division Bench, which was rendered on "07.07.2014". This date has been wrongly mentioned in the order of 13.01.2022 as to be "07.07.2017".

Hence, the petitioner has preferred a Correction Appl. No.07 of 2022. The same would stand allowed and wherever in the judgment of 13.01.2022, the date of the judgment of the Division Bench has been mentioned as "07.07.2017" that has been directed to be rectified to be read as "07.07.2014".

Accordingly, the correction application stands disposed of.
