JUDGMENT : (per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
None appears for the petitioners.
2. Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate
General for the State of Uttarakhand, submits that at
present the petitioners are residing at Patiala, Punjab.
3. Ms. Neetu Singh, the learned counsel for the
private respondents, submits that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners, as they are distant
relatives.
4. In that view of the matter, the present Writ
Petition has become infructuous and is, hereby, dismissed
as infructuous.
5. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also
stand disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued to
the parties, as per Rules.
