None appears for the petitioners.

2. Mr. J.S. Virk, the learned Deputy Advocate

General for the State of Uttarakhand, submits that the

petitioners have shifted out of the jurisdiction of the State

of Uttarakhand, and have settled in District Moradabad,

State of Uttar Pradesh.

3. Hence, the present Writ Petition has become

infructuous and is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.

4. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also

stand disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued to

the parties, as per Rules.
